What You’re Going To Get:

My team is going to train your team (no matter what size) how to be me. So you can have an internal team who knows our strategy, copy, tactics, and methods. You will have a creative director and team who becomes the “Brandon” of your business. That could be you (if you want it to be) or someone already on your team (ideal situation) and have as many of them go through the program at one time. Your team becomes equipped to handle all your video content including when to post, what to post, how to edit, how to script and understand our video frameworks. Your team will give creative direction, but most importantly it becomes completely hands off for you, the entrepreneur, until a report is handed to you. You just show up and do not have to worry about anything else. This program will help you turn your video editor into your creative director.

Group Setting

Every week you get 1 group call on Monday’s which is 30-60 minutes of training and homework for the week followed by 30 mins of Q&A. You get our team training video, Asana workflows, internal checklists, time-standard worksheet, and employee rules.

Video training

Video training and HW for each week then a call to go over and map it out.

Week 1: Determining The Video Types For Brand Growth

Week 2: Branding - Developing The Video Style Guide For Speed and Creativity

  • Provide examples of effective style guides
  • Text Animations Designed: Steps slider, quotes animation, lower third, normal explainer text, and CTA animation
  • Templated format for creativity and speed. What comes in and when/how it is designed.
  • Logo Reveal of Brand Intro Video
  • Create a checklist of things you need (i.e. Thumbnail designs, bar mini clips designed, YT full end card, FB end card, mini FB end card, mini Instagram end card, etc.)

Week 3: Hiring Your Team and Workflow Process

  • You will need to hire 2 video reviewers (who check videos for grammar mistakes and video editing mistakes)
  • Create a standard so that the video reviewers know what to look for
  • If do not have a local editor then we recommend getting one to remove you from the process
  • Hire 1-2 video editors depending on how much content you want to post
  • Set up a project management software (we use Asana and will go over how to set it all up if you use asana)
  • Training Videos for the video editors and video reviewers for asana
  • Depending on which style of video’s you want, we give certain deadlines for editors to complete a task, to do changes, and for video reviewers to make reviews and we talk about how to do all the cost for editors along with the project details (in the SoldWithVideo Processes)
  • Thumbnail process and posting process

Week 4: Mapping Out 3 Months of Content

  • How to find the topics
  • Determine freebies and lead magnets, and go over the funnel. Talk about email list and marketing and leads.
  • Allow for on the fly content
  • Integrate scheduled content with on the fly content
  • Make sure all content is aligned with the business end goal
  • Schedule content to fit into the launch process
  • What’s the strategy?

Week 5: Scripting

  • How to optimize your video effectiveness
  • Don’t have the entrepreneur make claims without discrediting the old ones
  • Why you need to outline every video
  • Learn influence and persuasion formats

Week 6: Filming

  • Concise, coaching the entrepreneur to say what you need them to say
